Lee Wiltamuth has directed Hanley Voices since January 2022. The choir has much enjoyed his musicianship, his friendly personality and his unfailing sense of humour during the pandemic. Originally from New York, Lee has taught choral music at Secondary level having performed as a tenor with choirs in the New York and Boston areas. He was awarded a B. Music degree in Choral Music from Boston University and a Master’s degree in Performance from Five Towns College on Long Island.

Lee is also Musical Director of the Tan House Singers in the Forest of Dean and promoted the joint performance of the Duruflé ‘Requiem’ at Tewkesbury Abbey in May 2023.
